Dispatchers are always available to designated Department
of Corrections facility personnel or a Prime Contractor's
Dispatch Group: twenty-four hours every day, seven
days each week. They handle reports of telephone
or system trouble affecting the inmate call control
system by using advanced server based software to
generate, record and track problems. In addition
our Dispatch Operators follow up each day on the
ticket status of calls that remain open into the
next day or over 24 hours.
For
further quality control, the ShawnTech Dispatch
Center team verifies all completed vendor repairs
with the ticket POC or designated facility inspector
before the ticket is officially closed. Only when
repairs are verified in this way is the ticket closed
and the customer notified.
